• Live sessions and workshops
• Digital content and newsletters
• Any related platforms or services

By signing up, purchasing, or participating, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract
• Provide accurate and complete information when registering

Our services focus on somatic practices, education, and experiential learning.

They are:

• Not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment
• Not a substitute for professional healthcare
• Not diagnostic

Nothing we provide should be interpreted as medical advice. If you have a medical or mental health condition, or concerns about your wellbeing, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing
• You participate voluntarily and at your own discretion
• You will stop any practice that feels unsafe or overwhelming
• You will seek professional help if needed

Somatic work can surface emotional or physical responses. You agree to engage within your own limits.

• Access is provided on a subscription or one-time purchase basis, as described at checkout
• Access is personal and non-transferable
• We may modify, add, or remove content or features at any time

We do not guarantee access to any specific facilitator, session, or outcome.

• Prices are listed at checkout and may change in the future
• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers
• You are responsible for applicable taxes

Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once access is granted, including for unused time or missed sessions.

• Live sessions may be recorded
• Recordings may be made available to members
• By attending, you consent to incidental inclusion (voice, chat contributions)

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you when recording is taking place.

You agree to:

• Act respectfully toward facilitators and other members
• Avoid harassment, abuse, or harmful behaviour
• Not share medical advice or diagnose others
• Respect confidentiality and privacy within the community

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate access without refund if conduct standards are violated.

While we encourage a safe and respectful environment:

• We cannot guarantee confidentiality in group settings
• You are responsible for what you choose to share
• Other members are independent individuals, not our agents

Please share thoughtfully.

All content provided by us, including:

• Videos
• Written materials
• Exercises
• Recordings
• Frameworks

is owned by Soma Labs or licensed to us.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content
• Share access credentials
• Use content for commercial purposes

without our written permission.

We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices

We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party platforms or technical issues beyond our control.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You breach these Terms
• Your behaviour harms the community
• Required by law

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund unless explicitly stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damages arising from participation
• We make no guarantees regarding outcomes or results
• Use of the services is at your own risk

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the services or breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms or the services from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated via email or the platform.
